On successful completion of this subject, students will be able to:

Describe the role of systems thinking in continuous quality improvement.
2.
Demonstrate an understanding of the seven management and planning tools and, the seven statistical tools used in process improvement.
3.
Analyse and interpret various statistical process measures.
4.
Critique the role of people and human resource management in the quality improvement cycle.
5.
Describe the fundamentals of continuous quality improvement methodologies.
